create your own BRAND
YOUR CUSTOM SOLUTION
At Paul’s Muesli, we partner with established businesses, retailers, entrepreneurs and brand owners to develop and manufacture high-quality muesli, granola, cereal bars and related products under their own brand.
Our experienced product development and manufacturing teams can assist you in turning your product concept into a commercially viable product.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We can assist with the development of:
- Muesli
- Granola
- Rice Crispies
- Cereal and granola bars
- High-protein products
- Breakfast cereals
- Related snack and breakfast products
Products can be developed according to your preferred flavour profile, nutritional requirements, target market and price point. All formulations remain subject to ingredient availability, production capability, food-safety requirements and successful factory trials.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
As a commercial scale food manufacturer, we have the following minimum production targets to meet.
- Muesli and Granola – 5 tonnes per production run with a 12-month shelf life.
- Cereal and granola bars – 30 000 bars
- Rice Krispies – 2 000 kg
Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the product formulation, packaging format, production process and number of product variants.
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
Paul’s Muesli does not design, print or supply branded packaging directly.
Customers are required to appoint and work with an approved packaging supplier to develop and manufacture their packaging. Our team will assist by providing the relevant technical specifications, dimensions and production requirements to help ensure that the packaging is suitable for our equipment.
Customers should take the following into account:
- Printed reel film generally has a minimum order quantity of approximately 1 tonne, depending on the packaging supplier and material selected.
- Printing plate, cylinder and artwork setup costs are normally charged separately by the packaging supplier.
- The customer is responsible for approving all packaging artwork, branding, barcodes, claims and regulatory information.
- Packaging lead times may affect the product launch date.
- All packaging must be tested and approved before commercial production can begin.
Packaging options may include single-serve packs, strip packs, flat bags, block-bottom bags, Doipacks with zips, bag-in-box formats, bulk bags and other formats, subject to compatibility with our production and packing equipment.
FROM CONCEPT TO COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION
Our process typically includes:
- Initial product and project discussion
- Review of the proposed product, volumes and target pricing
- Product formulation and sample development
- Costing and commercial approval
- Packaging development with the customer’s packaging supplier
- Factory and packaging trials
- Final product and packaging approval
- Commercial production
Development fees, trial costs and ingredient or packaging costs may apply, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
